These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement. Please review them thoroughly before using our site. By accessing or using our services, you confirm your acceptance of these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our site.

All independent clinicians or CQC-registered healthcare providers we collaborate with are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council in the United Kingdom and possess valid pharmacist independent prescriber qualifications. These professionals are specially trained to provide remote consultations and issue online prescriptions in line with UK professional standards.
Bolt Pharmacy, our dispensing pharmacy (referred to as "our Pharmacy"), is located at Unit 15, The Hub, Commercial Road, Darwen, Lancashire, BB3 0FL, and is registered with the
General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) under registration number 9012625.
Medications are dispensed only against prescriptions issued by appropriately qualified and registered prescribers, and in compliance with all relevant legal and professional guidelines, including where off-label use is involved.
4. Using Our Site
4.1. Our site is intended for residents of the United Kingdom. We make no representations that the content or services available through our site are suitable for use in other locations.
4.2. You must be 18 years of age or older to access our site and purchase any products or medications.
4.3. We may occasionally limit access to certain sections of our site
4.4. Your account details (including email address, password, and other identifying information) must be kept confidential and not shared with third parties. We reserve the right to suspend your access if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have violated these terms.
4.5. Our site is for personal use only. You agree not to use our site or its content for commercial purposes.

5. Creating an Account
5.1. To purchase products or medications from our site, you must first register for an account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for promptly updating any changes to your information through your account settings.
5.2. We maintain the right to decline any registration application at our discretion.
6. Healthcare Services
6.1. Where applicable, registered healthcare professionals may use the information you provide to determine your suitability for treatment.
6.2. When ordering prescription-only medicines, you will complete an online health assessment comprising questionnaires and potentially follow-up questions from the assessing qualified clinician operating independently or under a CQC-registered provider.
6.3. Your responses will be reviewed by a qualified clinician, operating independently or under a CQC-registered healthcare provider. They will determine whether remote treatment is appropriate for you, and whether the requested treatment is clinically suitable based on the information you provide.
6.4. After submitting your questionnaire, a qualified clinician operating independently or under a CQC-registered provider will aim to review your information within 24-48 hours.
Once your submission is received, the clinical review process begins immediately and cannot be cancelled. If the clinician determines that you are not suitable for treatment, you will be informed, and no charge will be applied.
Your payment card will only be charged if the clinician approves your treatment request and issues a prescription.
6.5. For non-prescription products, a medical consultation is not required. Payment will be taken at the time you place your order. For certain pharmacy medicines, a brief screening may be required to ensure safe supply in line with UK pharmacy regulations.
6.6. For prescription medicines, if a qualified clinician operating independently or under a CQC-registered healthcare provider determines that you are suitable for treatment based on their professional assessment, a prescription will be issued and sent to our Pharmacy. The Pharmacy will dispense and dispatch your medication in accordance with our Terms of Sale.
6.7. If a clinician requires additional information to complete your consultation, you will be contacted. Your order will be placed on hold until you respond.
You must respond within 5 calendar days of placing your order. If no response is received within this timeframe, your order will be automatically declined and no payment will be taken.
6.8. Professional regulations and legal requirements may restrict the quantity and frequency of products we and/or our Pharmacy can supply to you.
6.9. All medical communications between you and our independent clinicians or CQC-registered healthcare providers must occur through our secure messaging system. Our customer service email should only be used for general site enquiries.
6.10. We reserve the right to decline any order and will notify you if we cannot accept it.

7. Acceptable Use Guidelines
7.1. Regarding the use of our site:
7.1.1. You acknowledge that advice provided through our site does not replace your GP or other healthcare providers. You should inform your regular healthcare provider about any treatments prescribed or medications supplied through our service.
7.1.2. We accept no liability for damages resulting from: (i) your provision of incomplete, untrue, or inaccurate information in questionnaires or communications; (ii) your failure to follow medical advice provided by independent clinicians or CQC-registered healthcare providers or (iii) your failure to inform your regular healthcare provider about information received through our site.
7.1.3. Our provision of products and services is contingent upon your truthful completion of all health questionnaires. You must disclose all relevant health information to the best of your knowledge.
7.1.4. Multiple account registrations are prohibited. You must not complete questionnaires or place orders on behalf of anyone else.
7.1.5. You are responsible for ensuring you understand all questions in our health assessments. If you are uncertain about any questions or advice provided, you should consult your regular healthcare provider.
7.1.6. When receiving prescribed medication, you must verify that the medicine received matches what was prescribed and is undamaged. If you have concerns, contact us immediately for advice or replacement. Do not use medication that appears damaged or different from what was prescribed.
7.1.7. Always read product packaging and instructions carefully before use. Do not use expired medications.
7.1.8. Ensure that medications obtained through our service remain solely in your possession and are not accessible to others.
7.2. Any content you contribute to our site must be accurate, lawful, and must not be defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, misleading, or infringe upon others' intellectual property rights. You must not misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
7.3. You must not knowingly transmit harmful data to our site, including viruses, malware, or any programs designed to disrupt or damage our systems.
